Re: How to connect with my tutor?
If you need to ask a question, using the website support is your best bet. If you have question for your tutor specifically, they will contact him/her for you. One of my tutors did provide an email address in case I needed it, but none of the others have done that so far (I've had four). Initial con...

Re: colour saturation
So, a TONE is when a colour is diluted with gray, but SATURATION is the intensity/brightness of the colour.

Re: Drawing to scale
Generally speaking, 1' (foot) in real life is represented as 1/4" (.25 inches) in your drawing. So, 1'=1/4" on paper. Hope this helps!

Re: Unit A Assignment 2
That should be fine, given that it is a large enough space that you can see a difference when it is organized. Closets are a specialty, a niche, that you can begin to develop in your assignments. Good luck!

Re: Hi everyone :)
I just finished last week, and it took me about six months total. Each unit took me about a week to complete except for unit D which took me two weeks. Definitely take your time with the floor plan heavy units.
Hope this helps!

Re: Hi everyone :)
Hi Zahra! Welcome to the program! I signed up for Decorating, Color Consulting, Professional Organizing, and Home Staging. I have not yet started the Home staging, but I have completed the others. Whether or not to do Home Staging really depends on the market in your area. For me, there is a lot of ...

Re: C3 Question 4
I would suggest getting away from the assignment and thinking about what your rules of CODE are:
Category
Order
Distance
Ease of Use
How can you organize things such that they are easy to find, access, and use?
Hope this helps!

Re: waiting for mark
You should receive an email with a link to your student profile where you uploaded your work within 2 weeks of submission. If you haven't, send a note to the QC support team through the website chat; they're super helpful for that kind of thing

Re: Help!!!!
I actually use LibreOffice and just save my files as .doc or .docx when I finish. Just make sure the file is Word compatible and you'll be fine

Re: How many hours should I dedicate each week?
Hi, welcome to school! It really depends on the unit and on the project. If the assignment has floor plans involved, I would block out at least two hours to get it done from start to finish. Most assignments don't take that long. For my own, I would divide the amount of reading and assignments so th...
