When they are asking to set the menu for the reception is that just for the 3 course meal or is it to include the cocktail hour as well?

Its about researching and listing Venues, caterers, bands/music you would use in your area and building up a data base that you have to hand when planning events.

For girls you could buy headbands and then get them to decorate them. Or get them to make a photo frame out of card and decorate it and then take a pictures to print off to put in their frame.

You could do the spoon with string attached to it and they have to thread it up one persons clothing and down the next persons clothing in a chain. The first team to win is the one that is the team all linked together with the string.
