Submitting unit w/o optional assignments?

If I'm choosing not to do one of the optional assignments, how can I still submit the unit? It won't let me submit the unit unless the optional assignment is uploaded! Help please!

Hi Heather,

As long as all of the other assignments for the unit have been uploaded you should be able to submit even if the optional assignments are not attached.

Is there a specific message you are receiving? Also, could you take a screenshot so that I can see the problem?
