I don't understand what A5 is asking of us, is to to list out examples of the points listed? Would someone mind explaining what is required please?

is this for the event planning course ?

if so , you're suppose to choose possible names for your
business go to the website they listed and check to see if your
business name is available . if yes you put Y , if no you put a N.
