Assignment A5 HELP!!

I have read over this forum and I am still not understanding what the assignment is asking of me.
Am I suppose to name businesses?
venues?
names?

I just don't understand the term 'resources' in this assignment.
I feel I am making this more confusing then it needs to be. I just simply do not understand.

I am in the same boat- it mentions no where in the text books about event resources. I read through it several times and wrote all the key notes down into a text book and still cant come across it.
