Help please with Assignment A3 ?

Hi guys

Just needed some help please if possible.

I'm currently stuck on whom to use as my two guest speakers for assignment A3.

One of my friends is doing the same course, and suggested you can use anyone (including celebrities) for speakers - as long as you can justify why ypu chose them, is this correct?

If not ,can anyone suggest ideas of where I can look for potential speakers to use?

You can use anyone that you wish. I used 2 people that I knew personally that could speak on the subject specifically.

Hi there,

I used names of people working in the hospitality industry and the marine sector. You can easily use professors, spokespersons..it can be anyone really once they have the knowledge.

I used my pastor of course, he'd help anytime if I asked. And a friend/co-worker that is great at public speaking. Not sure if he'd have the time to do it if I needed a speaker but he has the qualities I'd like a speaker to have.

Google has been my bff through out this course. You can type in things like keynote speaker in (your area) and see what comes up. Play with the wording because some verbage can pull up one type of result, while another pulls something completely different. Good luck!

Hi all,

I am currently struggling with this assignment as well. The wording in the assignments is geared as if there is a specific event/topic I would be using a keynote speaker for. - Specifically the last part of the assignment, asking for two speakers in my area I would use and why.


Can I choose speakers for a general corporate event, or is there something I am missing on how to choose my speakers.
