staging fees: renting furniture for vacant properties

Hello, Im a graduate student, did not open my business until recently as I went to work for a builder, I would like to get an idea of staging fees in the Toronto area,
I would love any suggestions.

Hi Donna, I would suggest doing some research in your area. Google staging professionals, most have prices for services listed on their websites. You could also join a RESA group in your area to network with other stagers. Good Luck :)

Hi Donna,

I don't know much but we just had our home staged and prepared for sale, she charged us 5500$ and that as she said is consider as a basic staging, she said it can go up to 20000$ or even more depends on the client. I hope that gives you some ideas :)
