Live chat problems...

I have so many questions and is having a problem with the live chat...it won't let me click on it. And I can't find a way to get a hold of my tutor. I am on my final project and was wondering if I really need to link to the social network on my profile. Can anyone help me? I think I am getting the final jitters!
