In Exercise C7 the directions say "Using the examples from your lesson as a guide, develop a sample form for your own customer contract...Is this asking for us to simply create a contract or to make a make a 'SAMPLE' contract that is filled out?

It's probably too late, but I would imagine they probably mean your own contract, with your logo, etc.? But, you know you can ask your instructor, just call the school! Hope all is going well? How far have you gotten?
