Unit E7 Registrars/offiants

Hi,

Please anyone who can help would be most appreciated.

I am stuck on Unit E7, I know I can play around with the budget but when it comes to outdoor wedding ceramony for £300 In Oxfordshire it starts to become very difficult everything is way over that budget price.

Also with the 3 offiants it doesnt seem that you can just hire a registrar but only through the council where you live such as Oxfordshire. Can you hire 3 seperate ones or just through your council.
