Organizing Pinterest

I have so many pins on my pinterest account that started as a personal site mixed with business(small mostly non profit work). I am trying to reorganize all of my pins to serve as a social media marketing tool for my event design. Any suggestions for organizing it all or thoughts on just how much to include.

This is my personal pinterest board but I was going to set up a different one for business. I was wondering if I should stick to inspirations boards or doinspiration boards and then my own events. I do have a decent number of events I could post now.
