Career path after being certified as an event planner

QC Event/ Wedding Rockstars,

I recently completed my IEWP course, and I am thrilled to start looking for employment with my new accomplishment! I have a background in advertising and merchandising, so I'm looking for employment in the brand activation and event marketing side. (If you guys know of any opportunities out there in Toronto, please let me know - thanks in advance!)

Just want to ask you guys:
Other than being an event/ wedding planner, do you see yourself (or are you) pursuing into other fields or career path with this certificate?

Hello !!! I'm currently working in my company website. I will offer wedding destinations in other countries, like Spain and Mexico ( I'm originally from Spain). Did you think in this? I think wedding destination is pretty fun and not so stressed because all hotels offer the catering and everything in the same place.
