Re: Event Decor B2
I used inspiration boards to come up with a color palette along with the color wheel and the guidelines given by the manual. I also applied the notes to them...I haven't finished yet as I find it tedious, but this is what i have done so far. Hope it helps
Re: Event Decor B2
I just finished the assignment, i just struggled with combining certain colours together like with triad (red, yellow and blue or violet, green and orange) Just seem like strange combos. Ah well!
Thanks

Hi Aimee,
I have finished the course
For B2 retirement party I suggested using white as the primary colour, yellow as the accent combined with a third colour of blue to add an extra dimension without overwhelming the space.
Hope this helps
any questions feel free to ask

Kudos to you & Congrats!
I've had too many distractions for the past month, finally decided to sit down and finish it. >:/
I actually put together white, yellow and was deciphering between purple and teal to bring out the colors, thanks for your advice!
Are you doing any other courses?

Hi Aimee
I completed the wedding planning course through QC in 2014 and then did the event decor course this year to expand my business.

Hi there, I haven't finished the Event Decor Course yet, but I am on the second unit and I do like it. It includes a lot of work with Polyvore and creating ideas for yourself to put forward. -- Problem for me is, I have so many ideas but I cannot find a way to piece them together via polyvore software! I hope you do!
