Event Location Fee

Hi, I'm on Assignment B1 and I'm not sure where or how to determine an Event Location Fee, is this a fee that I come up with or is is this a fee that the Vendors charge? Either I've overlooked it in the workbooks, or I'm experiencing brain fog. LOL ;) Would someone give me a heads up on this? Thank you soooo much.

Yes it is what the vendors will charge for the event rental/set up/amenities. Usually venues are a flat rate/package deal, then hourly after the allotted 4 or 6 hour rental. I called or emailed the venues I liked and some even have pricing online in a brochure available to public.
