setting up webpage

Unread post by partymama »

I'm having such a hard time filling out my "about me" section on our webpages. I have no idea what to put. I don't really have a lot of experience so i have a feeling my bio is going to be fairly blank! Anyone have any advice that helped them with theirs?

I actually had to have my writter friend proof-read this portion for me to get me finished because I found it hard to be objective. Since you don't have much experience you could talk about what got you excited about this field. Why did you decide to take this course? What do you hope to do in the future? Do you have an OTHER creative or organizational experience that may lend itself to this field? Do you want to get into your own business? What are you looking forward to in the future? Hope those questions spark something. Good luck!

Try answering a few questions in a paragraph format. For example:

Why did you decide this career?
What drives you to succeed?
What are your favorite joys in life?
What is your goal with each client?

About Me section is truly just that. Not so much a resume but facts and details about who you are ... the professional and the person. Every client will feel much more comfortable if they feel a vibe or a sense of knowing you just from what you write:)

Anyone can view your QC Profile after it is live after you enable it's visibility by clicking "profile visibility" under "personal website." You can find your own profile by searching for your self or your area. https://www.qccareerschool.com/event/
