Student Showcase

Hey guys - I have a bit of a silly question but is the student showcase for our work that we get hired to do once we're working and certified or our assignments during study? or both? The wording used to ask us to upload our work as well as it being on the "to do list" is confusing me because some of the events in the show case seem to be actually hired work but I saw a few saying it was their assignments? Thanks, from one confused student!
