Event Decor Videos

Hi
I just started the Event Decor section and I can't figure out why I can't hear the videos. I have my computer volume up and so is the video, but there are no sounds. Any suggestion would be helpful.....

I have the same problem as well. Mac user here. I called they said try google chrome or on your phone both nothing.

I’m also having this issue with all of the event decor videos. The videos for my other courses work but these don’t for some reason. I just can’t hear any volume!!

I am a MAC user. When I used Safari to listen to the videos I wasn't able to hear the audio. When I switched to chrome it worked! I hope this helps.
