Assignment D9 question on template

I'm just about to start this assignment ,just a quick question
At the end is says to upload room 1-2-3 ,than the assignment template with the answers filled in .
Am I missing something I don't see anything to fill in on the template???

If you look at the online portal for D9, there's not actually an area to upload the answer sheet, so I think it was just a typo.
