Turning document into PDF

Hello I need help turning a document on my cloud into a PDF file so I can upload to the portal can someone please help me ?

Is it a Word document? If so, just simply choose "save as" and then in the "file type" dropdown list, choose "pdf" and hit save.

Alternatively you can type into Google file type to pdf converter and you should get lots of results for free websites that will allow you to upload a file and convert to pdf.
