Has anyone else not earned a dime as promised?

Unread postby bscott » February 18th, 2015, 5:51 pm

Hi All,

I completed the Creative Writing course mid-2014. And I have still yet to earn a dime from my works in spite of incredible appreciation/support from my mentor (who I adore btw). While proper marketing is key and that reading tastes vary, it seems there isn't a paying audience for my wares. It doesn't matter how polished my writing gets. No matter where I post, no one pays.

Am interested to hear from graduates.

Have you run across following every appropriate marketing measure (as can be afforded and mentioned inside the QC Career School Creat. Wr. course, etc) and still didn't make a dime from your efforts?

Curious.

You might consider self-publishing and speaking gigs. I know some of my friends made a living doing that because there was more money in the speaking engagements about the books.

Well, get the promised refund and see how that goes and let us all know. Good luck and God bless! :!:
