When do I get a tutor?
I just enrolled about mid-November. I know with the holidays and all things slow down. Just wondering though, how long before you are assigned a mentor I am anxiously ready to begin my course so would to hear from someone. Yolanda from California, USA

Welcome to Winghill Writing School!
Once a student submits their personal profile online they will be paired up with their writing tutor within 2-3 business days. Once a pairing has been made an e-mail will be sent with the tutor's bio.
Unfortunately it seems there was a small glitch with our system and that e-mail never reached you, Yolanda. On behalf of QC, I do sincerely apologize for the delay. I will have one of our Student Support Specialists send that your way immediately via e-mail.
You won't be hearing from your tutor just yet. Please move on to your next assignment. Once you submit Assignment 2 you will hear from your tutor with your corrected document and feedback through your online student center.
