I have had to reset my password for the second or third time. Not that I am using the wrong password each time. The system does not recognize the same password twice obligating me to request resetting each time I have to log in.

The issue may be something with your password. When you reset your password the password that is given to you is temporary. After logging into your account with the password provided you must change your password to something that will be permanent. This should make it so that you no longer have to reset your password in the future unless you forget the password you set
