C1 and C2 not found??

I can't seem to find assignments c1 and 2 anywhere, all I have is C3 and the rest. Also, I can't upload assignments? Can someone answer these questions please, and if anyone else has had the same problems?

Take a look through the unit c course guide, it tells you what to do for unit c1 and c2.
C1 is an assignment that uses the virtual make up boutique and C2 is a practical smokey eye so there are no templates to download.
