I couldn't find in the book where it wrote about hives.
Can you apply makeup on this? Yes, no or with caution?

I personally put apply with caution because hives is usually caused by an allergic reaction, however it can also be caused by poison ivy. Usually your client should know what caused the hives, and you are free to ask them (politely). If the hives are an allergic reaction you should be able to apply but still be careful as hives can have weeping sores and applying makeup on any sore could possibly cause infections.
I hope this is helpful

if the allergic reaction started from a makeup product, you should not continue in the services. there is a chance the client is allergic to an ingredient in the makeup product.
