UNIT B assignment 9 HELP!

How did everyone fill out there client card and upload it?
i tried printing it out but there is no room to fill out the information they want.

Write small. Try not to use the whole product information. Shorten it to brand and color. Or write on the sides and bottom of the paper. Scan it from your printer to your computer or take a picture of it and email it back to yourself. Save and upload to the website.
