Wont let me submit unit B - HELP PLZ

I finally managed to finished Unit B today, uploaded all the photos and the model feedback forms I had, double and triple checked them and once i hit submit it said "Some required parts are missing" and wont let me submit
Help please. i went over and over it and im not missing anything except model feedback forms on some assignments because i just used myself.

you need to send in the model feedback forms, even if you did it on yourself, when i did it
i just wrote comments on how i could improve.
