need help!

I cannot figure out how to play my video by my tutor.. has anyone else had this problem?? and how do I fix it? it keeps sayin error audio..

The tutors upload videos? Hmm. . . I didn't know that. Which unit are you on? Maybe there is an error in your player? Or maybe there is a problem with the file itself, which means you might have to get in touch with the school and ask for it to be re-sent.

I only got a voice clip, pretty sure that's all you get. You should just be able to click on the file and it will open and play (:
