I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble viewing your DVD! Are the other ones working alright?
We can certainly send out new DVDs if this is the case. Just let us know which ones are working and which ones are not.
If you ever need to get in touch with the school, we are available on Mondays from 10am to 3pm, and Tuesdays through Fridays from 12am (midnight) to 3pm.

I called the school, and was given an email for Joanne, I think. I'm not sure if my email sent though? Lol
I checked through the other DVDs and they seem to be fine. Just that one.
I apologise for the phone number - You guys possibly had my home #.. but we haven't had a phone for a week. lol.
Could I pretty please be sent out a new Orientation DVD? finally got my laptop sorted to get some work done,
then the disc wouldn't work! Argh! Technology sucks! Hahaha

The best way to reach us by e-mail is through the email@example.com address. When you called you likely received our messaging service, which is why you were given a different address, I'm terribly sorry about that!
We will be sending a new DVD A out to you in the post and it should reach you in about 2 weeks.
