So, since we are always touching our actors face, and testing the makeup on our hands before we apply, would'nt gloves be easier, and more sanitary.
Especially since we are applying the makeup to our skin first to test it, as it is stated we never go stright from pallet to actor's face.
Also, how to we sanitize the brushes?

Hey x
So with doing makeup on other people sometimes it is best to just use your hand. If we had to use gloves you would be constantly changing them for every single person you do. And you can simply wash or hand sanitize your hand every time you do. I would also recommend purchasing a metal plate palette rather then using your hands that way you can simply wipe/wash it off when you are done.

With Brushes, I always carry around a bottle of brush wash with me. The one where you can simply spray and clean into a clean towel or tissue. This works well and has alcohol in it to help get rid of any bacteria.
