MAC Pro Discount for Students in Australia

Hi
Does anyone in Australia know how much discount a student receives when shopping at the MAG Flagship Stores. I was shopping at one in Sydney the other day and the lady at MAC didn't know how much discount to give me. She ended up giving me 10%? Can anyone confirm what a student receives and what a graduate receives at all? I tried to email MAC Pro but haven't heard anything back and I would like to purchase a few things from MAC soon.
