Assignment C6 Holding Your Clippers

Can someone point me in the direction of where there is an explanation of how to hold the clippers? I see in the video example for C6 but there's no explanation. If it's in the clippers video, can you give me a timestamp?

If you open the C6 PDF there is a link that says "C6 holding your clippers step two" 15 seconds into the video she holds the clippers and swipes them left and right. I tried to post a picture but it wasn't working...
