How do I change my files so I can send them in to be graded?

Walkerfelicia - When I downloaded them off the site they where a PDF file, I did all the work on Internet Explorer and save it that way which kept it as a PDF file. Another way is to just google a PDF inverter, and put your file in there to get switched to a PDF format.

Thats how I did them and they say they are PDF files but when I try to send them off it says my unit is incomplete, Ive back tracked and looked over everything and I didnt miss anything but its stil not allowing me to send them
