Optional Assignments at the End of the Unit

Does anyone know if we can complete the optional assignments and send them later than the rest of the mandantory assignments? I have just finished Unit A and the optional assignment is an Executive Summary for my business. I am still thinking about my business and do not have everything finalized in order to prepare the Executive Summary. I would like to complete it as we continue through the coursework. Thank you. When you upload your assignments for Unit A it informs you that you are able to send the optional assignment in at a later date, but for an additional fee.
