How to get experience in the industry?

Hi just wondering if anyone knows the best way to get some experience in the event and wedding planning industry after you have finished all the courses ?
I am finding it hard to find a job that will allow little to no experience. Every job posting out there requires a min 2 years experience. Please help, I am very excited to get started on my career.

I have been organising charity events for 3 years now started that before I started the course and I have made a portfolio of what I have done that way you got experience in doing it all with a charity event hope this helps.
