I'm from Canada and am pretty familiar with the drug store makeup ranges, my go to for drugstore makeup is the liquid True Match by Loreal, it comes in a very wide variety of shades in warm, cool and neutral so there is the perfect shade for everyone. As well it is oil free and the ultimate for build-able coverage. Its my HG in drugstore foundations. =)
