I'm stuck on the second part, which is "Identify which services you think you could offer that would be different than those currently offered by the makeup artists above" I don't quiet understand. Are we meant to say what we can offer to them or what we can do for them? can someone please help me.

For this question, you're to think of services you could offer to your client's that would make you 'stand out' from the 3 artists you listed as a part of your question 1. For example, on my answer I included that the artists I listed as working in my region work mainly on bridal and formal, so one of my answers was I could offer my services to fitness competitors in the area which is a big thing here, tv, film etc etc.
