Eczema is usually not contagious but because there is a chance if lesions become infected should I put with caution?! Thanks!

The book normally has a clear definition of contagious and non-contagious skin conditions. So go with the clear answer that is in the book. Although I get what you're saying and yes if it came to lesions you should approach with caution. But I'm pretty sure they just want you to answer this just like they have it in the book. I know I did and received an A on this unit. Hope this helps:)
