Hello
Hello everyone I am new here I enrolled the other day, I look forward to hearing your personal stories about the school and makeup. I love makeup and i am trying to make a career with it

Re: Hello
I love the way this school works. I don't feel the pressure from them to rush through each step. I do recommend getting in contact with your states cosmetic department though because I found out after enrolling that the California state laws now require an esthetician license when being paid to apply makeup on a client. I myself want to start my own out of the house business, working with clients and teaching them the best ways for makeup.

Re: Hello
oh yea I forgot, If you haven't gotten your makeup kit yet 1) you can still start on unit A and 2) start stocking up on things like foundations, lip pencils, brow powders, brush cleaner, primers, powdered foundations, makeup wipes and eye makeup remover. I thought the kit would come with all the foundations, powders for the face and brow but it doesn't. Their is, however, a large eye shadow palette, blush palette, lip gloss palette, a concealer palette, and the brush kit.Makeupmistress wrote:hmarie wrote:I love the way this school works.
