Assignment receipt confirmation

I'm currently taknig the Feng Shui class. After a long period of time not having a computer available because of prroblems I was finaly able to submit Unit B. How do I know it has been received? This unit had a lot for my mentor to evaluate so I don't know how long it will take to get my assignment evaluations. I'm just concerned they may never have been received. How would know it my assignment has been received and a reply would be forthcoming? I want to make sure my assignments are received since I know had been having problems.
