States that require a license for freelance make up artistry? (U.S.A)
Hello! I'm Bailey and I just joined yesterday! I am at a loss as to whether you need a license for freelance makeup artistry in oklahoma. Their state board website says yes but every licensed professional I've asked has said no. Does anyone have any clue?
