Assignement C4 Location location location

ok I am confused with this as it asks you to give them 3 choices but then gives a list or a,b,c,d and asks you to pick the answer that best descibes how would would deal with the situation. I am not sure if I am to pick 3 choices out of A-D and then from that pick the one that I would do or what not PLEASE HELP

For C4, 'Give them three choices and tell them firmly that they must choose one' should be option A. Please see the updated course guide available under Course Resources for the appropriate formatting
